Influenced by the golden age of the travel poster, Stephen Millership adds a modern twist, with this graphic illustration of the groundbreaking Hacienda nightclub.

Established by local legend Tony Wilson and record label Factory Records the venue would soon become world famous playing a vital role in the madchester scene of the 90s where live acts included Madonna, New Order, The Smiths, The Stone Roses, Happy Mondays, Oasis, James, Blur, OMD and Echo & Bunnymen.

The Hacienda was also instrumental in the evolution of Acid house music and rave culture of the 80s and early 90s. This rich musical history makes this artwork a must have for any music lover!

Stephen Millership is a Manchester based artist influenced by the golden age of travel posters, with a modern day twist. Millership has created many illustrations of some of the most loved areas and landmarks of Manchester and its surroundings.

Our standard production time for prints is 3 days before dispatch. Framed prints have a 10 day lead time prior to dispatch.
