Situated in Albert Square the town hall is one of the most iconic landmarks in the city as well as one of the most important Grade One listed buildings in England. It's also widely recognised as one of the finest examples of Neo-Gothic architecture in the United Kingdom.

Rendered in fine-liner with beautiful detail, Jim Kite's drawing captures the town hall's handsome facade with its impressive clock tower.

The inspiration for Jim Kite's drawings come from his extensive travels having moved around alot during his childhood. He sees these drawings as an echo of these journeys and a testament to the places he's been lucky enough to see.
